How to get to Queeruption:
- Take the S-Bahn train to Erkner (S3, last station)
Without bike:
- Call 0174-5103161 for our Shuttle Bus.
With bike/car:
- after leaving the station, go to the right
- at the roundabout (circle), slightly to the left
- then all the way straight on (direction: Neu-Zittau)
- at the crossroads in Neu-Zittau, straight on (direction: Wernsdorf)
- after a short while, you will find on the left side a tiny white sign which says "Ökologisches Zentrum Kesselberg", just turn to the left...

Travel: From Berlin Airports to Queeruption

Ok there is a helpful site www.berlin-airport.de
there is an english language version of this site.
this will show you how to get from the whichever airport you arrive in to the local U-Bahn and S-Bahn net.
Once you get yourself to a U-Bahn or S-Bahn station, you need to get your funky ass to S-Bahn line S3 (blue line)to Erkner.
In the city, you can catch the S3 at one of three stations:
-Ostbahnhoff
-Warschauer
-Ostkreuz

One easy route is to transfer from U-Bahn U1, U15, or U12 to the S3 at Warschauer station. You will have to leave the U-Bahn station and walk one block to the S-Bahn station; just follow the crowd.

See the Berlin transport map for other routes (check out the post on this website called S-Bahn to Erkner).

Once in the S-Bahn station, get on the S3 to Erkner.
Get off at the last stop: Erkner station. We are arranging a shuttle bus from Erkner to Kesselberg starting on Monday 19th.
If you arrive before Monday and you want to come to the camp (and help us set up!), you can take the bus from Erkner station:
Bus number 428 to "Ziegenhals" until bus stop "Kesselberg". The bus stop is right at the foot of the entrance road. The entrance road , Waldweg, is sign posted "Oekologisches Zentrum Kesselberg".
It's about a 10 minute walk from the bus stop into the camp.

MONEY MONEY MONEY

We want Queeruption V to be a free event. We do not want to exclude anyone on the basis of money.

The only things you MUST pay for are for drinks at the Köpi events.

There are costs involved in making queeruption and it would be nice to get enough money to cover these costs.

Queeruption is non-commercial - this means that nobody – the people who organised the infrastructure for queeruption v, bands, DJ`s, performers, people offering workshops - is getting paid for their involvement. People have been working for months to make this event happen.

We will have donation points at the (reception desk), where you get meals and maybe some other places. Please donate generously.

Our site for Queeruption, Kesselberg, is located about 25km south east from the Centre of Berlin between the towns of Erkner and Wernsdorf. It is accessible by S-Bahn and bus, or by S-Bahn and bike, or by car.

ACCOMMODATION:

The site for Queeruption is Kesselberg, a large plot of land about 25k outside of Berlin. We have a building onsite and can sleep about 200 people inside, but many (or most) people will have to camp. Please help us by coming prepared to sleep outside.

*Everyone MUST bring a sleeping bag.
*Everyone SHOULD bring a tent.
