Practical information.

Location: queeruption will be in a squatted space in
Barcelona, the address will be secret until one week
before. After that date click here or phone the
queeruption mobile on 647196372.

What to bring: sleeping bag, sleeping mat (there is
space to sleep, but we won’t be able to find matresses
for everyone), A GLASS AND A PLATE (to eat, we wont have enough for all), dress-up clothes for the freesho, and
whatever else you want to find.

Queeruption is a free event and you don’t have to pay
anything to come inside. But of course it costs lots
of money to ut something like this on, and we have
raised this from benefit parties in Barcelona and
other places. However, donations from eople who come
are both necessary and welcome.

It is also a DIY (do it yourself event). The
queeruptrion collective has spent many months working
on what we can in advance, but all sorts of things,
from creating exciting workshops actions and parties,
to cleaning the toilets every day, require the
collaboration and inspiration of all who come.

There will be a kitchen making vegan food and it will
be run on donations – everyone gives what they can
afford.

Vehicles. There won’t be space to park cars inside the
queeruption space, but in the streets around it is
usually fairly easy to find a parking space

Dogs. For many reasons queeruption is not a suitable
space to bring dogs, so please don’t (guide dogs are
of course an exception).

Access. We want to make queeruption accessible to all.
We are trying to make as much of the space as possible
accessible to those who use wheelchairs. If you are
coming to queeruption and have any specific access
needs, then you should let us know in advance so we
can make whatever arrangements are necessary.

Performance, workshops etc.
If you would like to perform, show a film, or give a
workshop, it is not necessary to let us know in
advance, but nevertheless we would like to have some
idea of who is coming so we can plan the program well.
See the contact page for the addresses to write to.

Please be respectful with your photo/video camera:

if you are coming to quueruption with your camera please never film/photograph anyone without asking for permision

In queeruption we dont accept journalists
(only if you come from an autonomimous organisation you are wellcome to join one of the general meetings that will take place every morning during queeruption week in order to make a proposal)
